labelling and traceability systems.
Transport
of Animals
The
transport of animals falls within the remit of Trading Standards
and is also a veterinary issue.
Through the effective interface of trading standards
officers and veterinarians we are able to advise markets,
hauliers and farmers on the correct handling, transport and
delivering of stock from farm to slaughterhouse.
This area of consultancy extends to offering advice on
vehicle/wagon design as well as incorporating an up to date
service to keep clients abreast of the latest regulatory changes
that are enforced.
